OCC Hosts First ‘MINEher’ Session for 2026

On Wednesday 18th March, Oaky Creek Coal (OCC) held its first ‘MINEher’ Women in Mining event for the year. To kick start the season, they leaned into the ‘Give to Gain’ theme of the 2026 International Women’s Day (IWD). The IWD campaign encouraged a mindset of generosity and collaboration, and OCC’s ‘Give to Gain’ for this session was DiSC® profiling.
