Tieri Water Restrictions.

Permanent Water Conservation Measures (PWCM) water restrictions are currently in use for Tieri residents. The level for individual towns is based on indicators including the capacity and level of the towns’ water supply which is detailed in the Water Demand Management Plan 2023 -2028. The restrictions do not apply to greywater, rainwater or private bore water and properties with their own water allocation or licences. Heart of Australia Brings Specialist Care to Tieri

Heart of Australia has been providing vital cardiology and respiratory services to Tieri residents through its mobile health clinic, the 'Heart Truck since 2023. In partnership with Tieri Medical Practice, they’ve delivered 82 appointments so far, receiving positive feedback from both patients and local healthcare professionals. With quarterly visits confirmed for 2025, Heart of Australia is also expanding its reach nationally, launching mobile lung cancer screening services and continuing specialist women’s health clinics in nearby Middlemount.
