Quarterly Pulse Survey – Closes 31 January

Local Voices is an ongoing survey series. You may have taken part in the initial 'anchor' survey that has now been completed, if not, don't worry its not too late to join! There are quarterly 'Pulse' surveys designed to track the issues identified as important in the 'anchor' survey, and how you feel about them over time AND are a great way for local community groups to continue raising funds with $5 donated for every 'pulse' survey completed! Inaugural Coalfields Cup

Tieri Golf Club, together with All-Pro Solutions, held the inaugural Coalfields Cup to raise funds for Challenge on Saturday 30 October.

Building and recognising Young Leaders

Last year Capella State High School and Tieri State School were awarded a Smarty Grant from Oaky Creek Coal for a three-year project. The project centres around a camp which aims to encourage leadership skills and assist students with the transition from primary school into high school. The camp was originally designed to be ‘Bush to Beach’, however evolved to ‘Bush to Gorge’ due to COVID-19.

As we settle into Spring, the team at Tieri Aquatic Centre have a clear goal in mind: providing a safe and inclusive environment for the Tieri community. From their opening hours, to membership options, to lesson types, the swim centre aims to be accessible to everyone.

Six Graduates Honoured – Indigenous Employment Pathway celebrations
