The Central Highlands is home to 13 place-based Community Reference Groups (CRGs), each one playing a vital role in shaping the future of our region.
Established to support the aspirations of the Central Highlands 2022 Community Plan, the CRGs continue to work closely with council and community stakeholders to help realise the Central Highlands 2043 vision.
CRGs are located in each of the 13 communities across the region and are made up of local people representing a wide range of sectors, including youth, seniors, business, rural industries, sport and recreation, arts, culture, education, health, and community services.
By working together, CRG members help advance community-led initiatives that make a difference – both now and for generations to come.
The next CRG meeting will be held at the Tieri Bar & Grill (meeting room) on Tuesday 18 November from 3.30–5.30 pm. All community members are welcome to attend and share their ideas on how to continue building a vibrant, connected, and sustainable Central Highlands.
Tieri considers the health and wellbeing of the community a priority. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we have created the Tieri Covid-19 Hub. Please subscribe if you would like to receive a notification when important information is updated on this site.
