Glencore, one of the world’s largest natural resource companies, has officially kicked off their search for next year’s round of apprentices, to commence in January 2020.
Queensland Coal Operations across the Mackay and Emerald regional coalfields are offering apprenticeships in Electrical, Metal Fabrication/Mechanical (dual trade), Plant Mechanic/Mechanical (dual trade) or Auto Electrical/Plant Mechanic (dual trade).
Alternatively, in the Hunter Valley and Mudgee regions of New South Wales, you may select from apprenticeships in the following trade streams: Electrical, Mechanical (Open Cut / Underground) or Auto-Electrical.
The program is set to involve a great mix of on-site, off-site and TAFE training, and offers candidates the opportunity to earn a wage while they learn, on-the-job experience, and a nationally recognised qualification.
