The Fit for Life program, which includes over 450 national retailers, offers two types of savings: point-of-purchase discounts and cashback options. Employees can visit the Fit for Life page to take advantage of these offers.
In addition, the program includes a comprehensive wellbeing resource library divided into four sections: Move, Munch, Mind, and Money. A new hub provides detailed information about the benefits and perks available to members of the Glencore Coal Team.
Follow these steps to register for the program:
1. Scan the QR code or visit glencore.com.au/fitforlife and click ‘Register to get access’
2. Provide your first and last name, email address (not necessarily your Glencore email), and create a password.
Your employee ID, found on your most recent payslip, is also required (omit leading zeros).
Once registered, employees can immediately access the Health, Wellbeing, and Rewards Centre to begin their Fit for Life journey.
