Draft Local Government Infrastructure Plan consultation

Public Notice

Notice is hereby given under the Planning Act 2016 and the Minister’s Guidelines and Rules (July 2017), that Central Highlands Regional Council (council) is undertaking public consultation of a proposed amendment to the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP 2). 

The amendment replaces the existing LGIP in Part 4 and Schedule 3 of the Central Highlands Regional Council Planning Scheme 2016, and associated mapping and support material. Planning scheme copies are available online and at council’s customer service centres.

Any person can make a written properly made submission about any aspect of the amendment to the LGIP 2 from 3 August 2020 until 5.00 pm on 14 September 2020.
