Amidst all the information and community safety rules regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic, please rest assured that all decisions are made with the health and safety of our players, supporters and staff as our top priority.
It is for this reason that, upon advice and directive from QRL (our governing body) we have cancelled all training sessions, carnivals and postponed the commencement of our 2020 season. The situation is changing rapidly with new developments coming to light day to day- however we are confident that we should be cleared to resume all Community League activity on June 1st 2020.
In order to be ready for this upcoming commencement date- we encourage all of our players and supporters to keep active and fit during this period of Isolation- its a great time to focus on fitness and also FUN! As an accredited NRL State Of Minds Club, we also encourage all of our members to reach out- maintain your physical distance but embrace the exciting new opportunities to make contact via telephone, email and video calls! We will get through this and be back bigger and better than ever!
We thank you all for your continued support and understanding in these unprecedented circumstances and ask that you continue to stay updated via our Facebook page for the latest information. #itsapirateslifeforus
